Hello! I’m Kristopher, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who believes meaningful change happens through genuine connection and collaboration. I hold a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology Degree from the University of Lethbridge and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology Degree from the University of Alberta. My approach is humanistic and person-centered, grounded in warmth and authenticity, while integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EFT. I work primarily with adolescents (13–17) and adults, with a particular interest in men’s mental health, identity, and self-worth.

Therapy for Teens

I provide therapy for teens experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and emotional regulation challenges. My approach integrates CBT and EFT within a supportive, relational environment. I aim to help teens develop self-awareness, confidence, and effective coping skills as they navigate the challenges of growing up.

Therapy for Adults

I support adults dealing with anxiety, depression, borderline personality features, addiction, loneliness, suicidality, hopelessness, and challenges with self-worth. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and EFT, I use a strengths-based, solution-focused, and humanistic framework. My goal is to help clients understand their experiences, cultivate resilience, and make choices that align with their values and goals.

A Bit About Me

Outside of work, I greatly value spending time with loved ones—my girlfriend, family, friends, and our three cats. I enjoy long walks and biking in the summer, and though I’m not great at it, I love snowboarding in the winter. I enjoy reading both fiction (especially fantasy) and non-fiction. To unwind, I like playing video games (both casually and competitively), learning the piano, and watching TV shows with my girlfriend. I strive to bring the same authenticity, curiosity, and balance that I value in life into my work with clients.

Education:

  • Master of Education in Counselling Psychology, University of Lethbridge
  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, University of Alberta

Hello! I’m Jennifer Fudali, a Canadian Certified Counsellor here at Solace Psychology & Wellness. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Education Degree through the University of Alberta. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and client-centred approach. I integrate evidence-based and relational therapies, including EMDR, parts-informed, and Emotional approaches, to support clients in feeling safer, more regulated, and more connected to themselves and others.

I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Therapy for Children & Teens

Childhood and adolescence can bring big emotions, worries, and challenges that feel overwhelming for both kids and their caregivers. I work with children and teens who are experiencing anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional regulation difficulties, attachment challenges, low self-esteem, social stress, and the impacts of stressful or overwhelming life experiences.

My approach is warm, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in attachment and trauma-informed care. With children, I integrate play-based, relational, and body-based strategies to help them express themselves, build emotional awareness, and feel safe.

With teens, I offer a supportive space to explore emotions, identity, relationships, and coping skills while fostering resilience, confidence, and self-understanding. When appropriate, I collaborate with parents and caregivers to support growth both in and outside of sessions.

Therapy for Adults

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, parenting support, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of past experiences. Many of the adults I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward after long periods of stress or relational strain.

My work with adults is client-centred, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused. I draw from approaches such as EMDR, parts-informed, and Emotionally focused therapies to help clients feel more grounded, develop insight into their patterns, and build a greater sense of safety and self-compassion. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, supporting meaningful change and emotional well-being.

A Bit About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and traveling when I can. I’m drawn to spaces that feel calm and grounding—especially near the water—and I value experiences that encourage reflection and connection. These interests support my belief in balance and self-care, which I bring into my work with clients in a thoughtful and compassionate way.

Through this diverse journey, I bring a wealth of nutrition knowledge and interpersonal skills to the table. I have experience working with clients for chronic disease management (eg. diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiac disease), digestive issues (eg. IBS, IBD) and gut health, and emotional eating. I am passionate about working with individuals facing nutrition concerns related to mental health, such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety and strive to educate and provide practical and evidence-based strategies to help individuals eat well while managing these concerns.

In the ever-evolving field of nutrition, I continuously seek professional development and stay on top of the latest research. This ensures that the guidance I provide is not only grounded in expertise but is also current and relevant.

My approach to nutrition is collaborative. I believe that each individual’s journey is unique, and by working together, we can develop strategies that align with your personal goals.
